Daniel holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Subsequently, he completed the Master's Degree of Access to the Legal Profession with a specialisation in Corporate Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Furthermore, to enhance his expertise in Criminal Law and Compliance, he obtained the Master's Degree in Criminal Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the Diploma of High Specialisation in White-Collar crime at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Daniel's professional experience has always been closely related to business criminal law and compliance in the leading national law firms, such as Rodríguez Arribas, Bajo & Trallero and Rodríguez Ramos. Currently at BUFETE TRALLERO, where he joined in September 2022, he is involved in the criminal defence of several highly complex cases, representing the interests of individuals and companies at all stages of the proceedings.
Simultaneously, in pursuit of excellence, he dedicates significant effort to ongoing education and legal research, publishing various articles, some of which can be consulted on this website.
